Operations Senior Manager

Job Description:

Green Century Enterprises takes pride in knowing that it has become a service and business that caters to the needs for sustainable and disposable products. Currently, we have hundreds of products that range from paper cups, takeout bags, and salad bowls. Our business is expanding as people’s awareness of environmental protection is growing. To keep up with the expansion of business, we are looking for an Operations Senior Manager involved in management of the company business, the strategic planning and management of sales & marketing, warehouse and office teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives in collaboration with management team of the company.
  2. Responsible to hire, train, motivate, coach and monitor the performance of the department managers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  3. Forecast and review sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis. Provide guidance to department managers in goal-setting and achievements.
  4. Allocate material, human and financial resources, oversee daily operations and coordinate the work of departments to ensure effective and smooth functioning of the business.
  5. Lead the sales and marketing team in developing strategies and practical schemes to expand customer base, enlarge sales territories, increase sales revenue, etc.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, address their concerns, identify potential needs and analyze feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Inspire and motivate the teams to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence, empowering employees to perform at their best and contribute to the company’s success.
  8. Willing to travel when necessary.

As a successful candidate, you will have the following:

  1. A university degree or college diploma in business or management
  2. 6+ years’ business management experience
  3. Proven track record of building high-performance teams and strong work relationships.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to handle difficult and/or intense situations diplomatically and professionally.
  6. Management experience in Start-up companies would be an asset.
  7. Strong business/financial acumen.
  8. Criminal Check Required.
